During a 25-year career spanning intelligence, diplomacy, and international business, he led complex global operations and advised senior U.S. policymakers on national security, trade, and geopolitical risk. His work at the CIA’s Directorate of Operations and earlier service with the U.S. Department of State centered on counterterrorism, cyber and AI proliferation, and foreign-policy development across multiple continents.
